Once you place an order, it automatically goes ON-HOLD.
Once we receive your payment, your order status will change to PROCESSING.
You will also be sent a payment confirmation email as well.
Once your order is complete, we will issue you a tracking number and your order status will be changed to COMPLETE Your tracking number will be sent via email by 7:30-8PM EASTERN TIME
Our accountant accepts all payments within a few hours of it being received.
Payments sent after 4PM EASTERN TIME (ONTARIO) will be accepted within a few hours, as these payments are for orders to be processed the next following business day.
Our payment cut off time is 3:30PM EASTERN TIME (ONTARIO) meaning, payments made before 3:30PM on the business day of shipping will be accepted within an hour or so and the order will be shipped out as well.
Your payments generally will arrive however please note payments on Saturday will usually be accepted around different time slots as our accountant does take a few hours off, but we do accept all payments and process your order to ship out first thing Monday.
PLEASE NOTE WEEKENDS THE POST OFFICE IS CLOSED SO WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP PACKAGES
We create your tracking number in-house to provide you the most efficient service.
However your tracking number will always update by 7:30PM - 8PM EASTERN TIME ONTARIOAs that is when we drop off your package at the local post office.
We offer FREE Xpresspost Shipping via Canada Post over $150.
Shipping generally takes about 2-3 business days to majority parts of Canada. Please note depending on your city (usually smaller populations) will be 3 business days.
The post office is closed Saturdays and Sundays, so all orders placed from Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out first thing Monday :)
The best time to order is preferably the weekend or Monday/Tuesday if you wish to achieve the order to arrive the same following week.
If you have not received a tracking number after 24 hours, this is an indication that your order is still ON HOLD
Meaning we have not received your payment, please revise your bank records and see if the payment was successfully sent to our email address that was provided at check out.
If your order is PROCESSING and you do not have a tracking number by 8PM EASTERN TIME (ONTARIO) the following business day, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we can definitely provide you an update =)

The answer is no. If you have never tried a product before we highly recommend you refrain from purchasing in bulk. It is best to try a smaller amount of the product first to see if you actually like it before committing to a bigger purchase. Otherwise you will be stuck with a lot of something you don't like.
