When will my order ship?

If we receive your order and Interac E-transfer by our 2pm PST cutoff time, your order will ship that business day. If we receive your order and payment after 2pm PST, your order will ship the next business day.

Do we ship outside Canada ?

Unfortunately, we do not !

How do i place an order ?

We have a step-by-step guide on how to placing your order with 1) You are able to see the products you are interested in ordering by going to 2)Choose the desired product(s), pick your quantity then click “Add to Cart” 3)When you have finished picking out your desired products, and are ready to checkout, press on the checkout icon, that will be redirected to the view cart page 4)Take a look to see if everything is right, if coupon codes are available, enter in the code and hit apply coupon. How will my order be packaged

Each and every order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed, which will protect all of our clients privacy. We use Xpresspost mailers to get your package to your footsteps within 1-3 business days

Is it safe ordering with

We are one of 200+ dispensaries in Canada that are NOT operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. To qualify under the federal system, you need to get a doctor’s approval and Health Canada’s permission to purchase from one of the 26 licensed producers. City Hall have allowed dispensaries to proliferate so people can safely access medicine, as long as there are no sales to minors. The Mail Order Marijuana system has been shipping weed in the mail since the 90’s and to date, no one has been charged for recieving medical marijuana through the mail. That being said, we are not at fault for anything that could happen because we are not working with any federal approval.

Why is my order still on hold ?

Once you place an order, it automatically goes ON-HOLD.

Once we receive your payment, your order status will change to PROCESSING.
You will also be sent a payment confirmation email as well.

Once your order is complete, we will issue you a tracking number and your order status will be changed to COMPLETE Your tracking number will be sent via email by 7:30-8PM EASTERN TIME

When will my e-transfer be accepted ?

Our accountant accepts all payments within a few hours of it being received.

Payments sent after 4PM EASTERN TIME (ONTARIO) will be accepted within a few hours, as these payments are for orders to be processed the next following business day.


Our payment cut off time is 3:30PM EASTERN TIME (ONTARIO) meaning, payments made before 3:30PM on the business day of shipping will be accepted within an hour or so and the order will be shipped out as well.

Weekend Hours
Your payments generally will arrive however please note payments on Saturday will usually be accepted around different time slots as our accountant does take a few hours off, but we do accept all payments and process your order to ship out first thing Monday.


Why does my tracking number say " ELECTRONIC SHIPMENT RECEIVED "

We create your tracking number in-house to provide you the most efficient service.

However your tracking number will always update by 7:30PM - 8PM EASTERN TIME ONTARIOAs that is when we drop off your package at the local post office.

How long does shipping take ?

We offer FREE Xpresspost Shipping via Canada Post over $150.

Shipping generally takes about 2-3 business days to majority parts of Canada. Please note depending on your city (usually smaller populations) will be 3 business days.

The post office is closed Saturdays and Sundays, so all orders placed from Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out first thing Monday :)

The best time to order is preferably the weekend or Monday/Tuesday if you wish to achieve the order to arrive the same following week.

Haven't received a tracking number after 24 hours ?

If you have not received a tracking number after 24 hours, this is an indication that your order is still ON HOLD

Meaning we have not received your payment, please revise your bank records and see if the payment was successfully sent to our email address that was provided at check out.

Why do I need Bodeva packs ?

If I have never tried a product before, is it a good idea to purchase bulk ?

The answer is no. If you have never tried a product before we highly recommend you refrain from purchasing in bulk. It is best to try a smaller amount of the product first to see if you actually like it before committing to a bigger purchase. Otherwise you will be stuck with a lot of something you don't like.

Canada Post

Canada Post tracking information has not updated recently

If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and it has not updated, your package is missing a scan, however it is uncommon to happen. Most often, members get their packages on time or a day later. If you do not receive it 2 days after your expected date, let us know so we can file a trace with the post office.

My package is going to the wrong destination

If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it is most likely because the employee incorrectly entered the wrong digit/letter; this can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.

Canada Post says (successfully delivered) but I have not received my order

If this is the case: 1) the postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox or 2) a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying it was “delivered” and spend that day and/or the next day delivering it. From Canada Post The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery and to better understand what the person has done so far to track their package. Please do the following before contacting Canada Post if you experience this problem: 1)Check with the front desk 2)Mail room or Community Mail Box 3)See if you neighbour has it, or check around your property In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into the system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received

Why was my package sent with a “Signature Required

A signature is required for all orders $1000+ and if you do not want this option, please leave a note that says “No Signature Required, please”

What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, send us a message and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, it will take Canada Post 5 business days to complete. If the package is located, they will ship it to you as soon as possible and you will get it a few days later. If it is “unrecoverable”, we will send you a one time replacement package, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

What will happen to my order if I don't submit payment?

Once you’ve have finished placing your order, the next step is to send an Interact E-transfer. The order will be kept On Hold untill we have received a payment. If we do not receive your payment within 2 days, your order will be canceled.

I've sent my E-transfer. What next?

Once the Interac E-transfer has been sent, it could take up to an hour for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. The payment will be pending until we have collected the E-transfer.

What are the shipping fees?

Please be advised that certain weather conditions(summer heat) may affect appearance of shatter, which may turn into budder by the time you receive it.
